Cura Mobility Services, LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and older adults who use larger text, screen readers or other tools. Many of our riders and their families rely on assistive technology, and we build the website with them in mind.

You can always book by phone

If any part of this website is hard to use, you do not need it to book a ride. Call us at the number in the contact details on this page and we will take your ride request over the phone.

What we do

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our guide. That includes:

• Clear headings and a logical page structure
• Text and background colors with strong contrast
• Readable fonts and text that can be enlarged
• Keyboard access to menus, links, buttons and forms
• Visible focus outlines for keyboard users
• Labels and instructions on every form field
• Text descriptions for meaningful images
• Layouts that work on phones, tablets and computers

Ongoing work

Accessibility is ongoing work. As we add pages, features and content, we review them and fix issues we find. Some parts of a website can have problems from time to time, especially while content or tools are being updated. We welcome feedback that helps us find and fix them.

Third-party tools

Some features on this website, such as embedded maps and form or spam protection tools, come from other providers. We choose tools that support accessibility where we can, but we cannot fully control the accessibility of third-party content.
